This series of three mini collections combined to make up the latest 2018 photoshoot of Sharon Blain. Nouveau…meaning New; takes you on a mesmerising journey of new seasonal inspired trends. Converting the muses into different characters with the use of makeup, fashion and lightning, each image focuses on the overall look and feel with hair taking a pivotal role.

‘Nouveau’ delivers a new way of creating dramatic texture, on-point braids and cleverly crafted ponies. The more classic hairstyles give a nod to 40’s waves, soft romantic deconstructed chignons and twists. The clothing sourced from college graduates helps fuse together these youthful hair designs. With a strong editorial feel intended, each technique has the ability to be adapted to a variety of events including red carpet and wedding hair. All the styles are low maintenance, simple to achieve, super-chic and alluring.
